i go on vacation for a few days with no computers around, wondering every once in a while how derek was gonna do in his competition, yeah, im weird like that, and i come home to the dissapointing news. oh well, it was a good ride. you made us all a little nervous after the mall incident, and even moreso when you got busted with 10 bottles of merlot and a crate of bootleg cheese speeding down route 131 in a rented minivan, but you made it to competition day, in shape too! and although you didnt win, your hair looked great, and i cant help but take a little pride in that. i know its been said many times man but there arent many natural 20 year olds out there that could step on stage with you. and you got all the time in the world to put on the size you'll need and to bring up your weaker points, and we all know you'll use it. i look forward to learning more from you in the future, keep it up man your an inspiration, not just when it comes to bodybuilding though, just your discipline and focus its to be admired, even for those of us who dont plan on ever competing. so good luck in the future and god speed!
