I'm making a workout for my mom and I was wondering how many exercises should there be per a muscle?

I do 2 different exercises for each muscle group....3 sets each.

I do usually 4, sometimes 3. I don't know if it makes a difference or not, but I'm a powerlifter not a bodybuilder. Plus I have a 6 day split
