Creatine Help - constant headaches

Hey guys i hope im posting this in the right section...so here goes:

Ive recently started taking maximuscle: creatmax ( http://www.*********************.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=601&osCsid=49fae9731e0bd7e534c77bd5dae72720 ) which is a powder form creatine which i add to water but EVERY time i take it i can a small-headache like pain which i can't explain!

Is it due to de-hydration or something? I think i drink alot of water so im really unsure

Please help as i am desperatly wanting to see results from creatine.

I would try switching to some creapure....best creatine out IMO and you def wont get headaches from it.

Im not really sure how much i drink...what should i be aiming to drink? Im 6"2 and i weigh 75kilograms (just over 12 stone)

i would aim for around 3-4 liters a day. I usually manage to put down around 4.5-7 liters a day (I am about 96 kilos). I suspect that dehydration MAY be what you are dealing with, but unless you can really pin down your water intake its hard to tell.

I would try and get around 1.5 gallons a day if not more
