Alright, i havent been able to squat or dealift for the past month and a half, because i seriously scrwed up my hamstring tendon. I need to get my lifts back up (squat 260 dealift 285) at 123 lbs.
Is there anything i can do for my hamstring besides stretching icing and heating... ? i need helP asap

i've been doin that for the past month and a half...resting it sucks... I WANT MY LEGS TO GROW!! and i wanna be able to squat too..all i can say is being injured sucks

Deceiver...have you seen the doc yet??? At a young age, you may have pulled the tendon off the bone, hence the slow recovery!!
Major pain needs investigation, particularly in adolescents where the bony structures often fail before muscle, tendon and ligament.
Rest by itself is not a treatment nor a cure!!
