Supremacy is a synergistic matrix of specialized herbal extracts designed to optimize endogenous hormone levels for enhancing muscle growth while accelerating fat loss. This is systematically done by modulating estrogen levels, indirectly increasing testosterone production, freeing bound inactive testosterone, and reducing cortisol and prolactin levels while improving nutrient utilization.

For maximum results, a dosing protocol of up the 8-weeks may be utilized by athletes wanting to experience the full muscle building/hormone optimizing potential only Supremacy can provide!

Supremacy features a Pro-Anabolic blend of:

Cissus Quadrangularis Ketosterone Extract contains a unique blend of vitamins and minerals with a standardized amount of plant sterol compounds that has been shown to strengthen the tissues of the body. By using this high potency extract we can deliver the proper ratios of this active compound to the target sites with precision. This unique extract has been shown to effectively reduce catabolic hormones thus enhancing the recovery of muscles, tendons, ligaments and even bone.

Urtica Dioica Lignan Complex contains an excellent testosterone optimizing compound called Conjugated (-)3,4-divanillyl-tetrahydrofuran. This produces a positive effect upon free/active circulating testosterone levels by unbinding bound inactive testosterone back it into circulation for use in the body while reducing BPH which can arise from DHT conversion, a natural reaction caused by any increase in testosterone levels. The result is more testosterone to bind to androgen receptors and produce a favorable response - Muscle Growth!

Mormordica Chirantia Extract contains compounds that can be derived only thorough specialized extraction processes that possesses super potent hypoglycemic properties. These extracts have been shown to effectively modulate blood-sugar levels by increasing glucose utilization for accelerated intracellular nutrient transport and delivery.

Vitex Agnus Monoterpene Complex contains several different constituents, including flavonoids, iridoid glycosides, and terpenoids which possess prolactin-suppressive properties. The benefits of Vitex stem from its actions upon the pituitary gland, specifically on the production of a hormone called luteinizing hormone (LH). This indirectly increases testosterone production while also helping keep prolactin secretions in check.

6-Bromolane (6-bromo-3,17-dioxoetioallocholane) is a potent new AI (aromatase-inhibitor) for safely controlling the amount of estrogen your body produces while indirectly increasing testosterone levels. Unlike AI?s of the past, 6-Bromolane has no negative impact upon libido. As a matter of fact, users are reporting quite the opposite. It would seem that increased testosterone production, modulated estrogen levels and a heightened libido are now the new standard.

Forskohlii Diterpine Complex directly stimulates the enzyme adenylate cyclase, and subsequently the cell-regulating substance called cAMP (cyclic adenosine monophosphate). By stimulating cAMP, circulating hormones are optimized for enhanced utilization for extended periods of time, overcoming any receptor site down-regulation that may occur with an extended dosing protocol.

Piper Nigrum Extract has been shown to enhance the absorption of nutrients and increases the percentage of active ingredients that reach the target cells. This means better absorption while also extending the active half-life of several muscle building ingredients found only in Supremacy.

What is your expectation for this product, do you think it can match that of Jungle Warfare or HLG?

leonidas300

I need to preface this log by stating that I have already been taking Supremacy for about 5 days. Products like this usually take about 10-14 days to kick in so if you want to know what my earlier workouts were like you can check out the log I just finished. I am dropping Anabolic Pump for the remainder of this log to judge the effectiveness of this product better. I will continue to take Primal NO2 (vasoexplode) preworkout. So far I am not feeling any different since begining this product but I do not expect to feel any results for about another week.

Thoughts as I mentioned earlier I do not expect to feel much from this product as these formulations usually take a bit to build up in your system. I do like the Cissus added in the formulation, nice touch. Reduces cortisol with the other anabolic compounds.

I see, so many variations of these 'natural anabolics' nowadays :D

I can think of 5 different stacks from 5 different company to try in the future. :D

You are absolutely right, I was struggling between **** and Gaspari stack a couple of days ago, at the end of the day I decided just to try both of them nevertheless. :D

And then I remember there are also the AX stack that I haven't tried (with their latest Hyperdrol v2, MassFX v2 and Retain v2), and also the new Ergo's stack with their 11-OXO and 6-OXO Extreme, and now we have Neogenix Trinity.

Wew! Tough choices... LOL!

Guess I just have try all five of 'em sometime in the future :D

Thoughts My strength has taken a bit of a dip lately and I guess my body may just be tired. My workouts have been decent but the energy has just not been as good as a couple of weeks ago. Cardio however went great and I was able to increase the number and duration of sprints tonight so that was positive. Nothing really noticeable yet but I am expecting to start feeling this by about next Wednesday.

I am taking Primal No2 + 6 pills clear edge in the morning instead of coffee, I like the focus it gives me for work.

So currently:
Multi
B12
B100
Flax and Fish Oil
Primal No2 (morning)
Clear Edge (morning)
Whey + Oats preworkout
Anabolic Window (postworkout)
Supremacy 3 times daily

I have dropped Cissus and Anabolic Pump for the time being so as to not interfere with the results of the log, however I believe the two products may work very well together. Supremacy also contains Cissus so I am curious as to whether it is dosed high enough to keep joint pain at a minimum.

I don't typically count calories and macros but tend to eat similar meals on most days. What I have done differently since starting this log is I have added an extra Whey/Casein + Oats + Flax Oil + Milk shake every night before I go to bed so as to increase my calorie intake by around 500 calories based upon an earlier recommedation. Sorry I left that out in the above post.

If can't remember if I mentioned it or not before you started, but you should take Supremacy about 15min before meals with water. This improves the absorption and effectiveness of the extracts it contains.

Also question to Neoginix why is chasteberry included in this formula, I? read that it reduces prolactin levels but I only saw this in regards to women, are the applicable studies available for men?

In developing this product we tried to approach every applicable angle for optimizing endogenous hormone levels; and this is just another angle to that approach. Whether it is a significant component or not will depend on the hormonal state of the user, but if excess prolactin exists this should help mediate it.

Male Study:

NLM CIT. ID: 97173439
TITLE: The effects of a special Agnus castus extract (BP1095E1) on prolactin
secretion in healthy male subjects.
AUTHORS: Merz PG; Gorkow C; Schrodter A; Rietbrock S
Sieder C; Loew D; Dericks-Tan JS; Taubert HD
AUTHOR AFFILIATION:
Department for Clinical Pharmacology, Frankfurt University Clinic,
Neumarkt, Germany.
ABSTRACT:
The effects of three doses of a special Agnus castus extract
(BP1095E1)--extracts from 120 mg, 240 mg and 480 mg of drug per
day--were examined within the framework of a placebo-controlled
clinical study of tolerance and prolactin secretion in 20 healthy
male subjects during a period of 14 days. There was good tolerance
during the study as regards the following: adverse effects, the
effects on blood pressure and heart rate, blood count, Quick's test,
clinical chemistry as well as testosterone, FSH and LH values. During
each study phase the 24-hour prolactin secretion profile was measured
from the penultimate to the final day, and the amount of prolactin
release was monitored an hour after TRH stimulation on the last day.
A significant increase in the 24-hour profile was registered with the
lowest dose in comparison to placebo, the opposite being the case
with the higher doses, i.e. a slight reduction. In contrast to the
administration of placebo, the 1-hour AUC after TRH stimulation
resulted in a significant increase with the lowest dose and a
significant reduction with the highest dose. The results suggest
effects of the special Agnus castus extract which are dependent on
the dose administered and the initial level of prolactin
concentration.

Thoughts Excellent workout, strength was great for my entire workout and all my lifts went up. Really good intensity and focus today. I think this thing is kicking in. Judging by the results I am having I think this product needs to be run for 8 weeks and results would be very good. Also, the glucose clearing agent is very effective, I have to eat a substantial amount of food after taking this product or else I feel very lethargic and light headed.

Well it is almost like clockwork, last week I felt terrible on Monday and today was no different. I was not sick but just completely exhausted to the point that I could not even get out of bed until 3:00. I finally mustered the energy to go do some light cardio work which made me feel much better. just jogged for about 30 minutes.

I talked to a guy who works out at my gym frequently, all natural, 45 years old, built like a truck, strong as an ox, competes in decathalons (almost homo but still no homo), what his thoughts were about the one legged leg press.
He told me to use them sparingly in my routine, he said it puts excess stress ont he hips and kness regardless of how you alter foot position. He said that they work great, but can tear you up quick. He suggested a better approach would be to use two legs pushing the weight up and then use a single leg to do the negative work. He said you get more muscle building effect with less stress on your joints. Just a thought.

That sounds pretty killer too! My plan is to cycle 2 legged and 1 legged. Although the way suggested there sounds pretty intense. I am all about not extremely stressing out my joints, sometimes you have to but not repeatedly. Im in the military and I get enough stress on my knees and back already!

BTW awesome job on your pullups 17<--- nice I have got that many chins but never that many pullups Great work!

Sorry guys, after a couple of days this just kindof slipped my mind, shoot me a pm, I have ADD like a sonabitch, if it is not right in front of me I tend to forget.

Final Thoughts - Well having a little time of is actually a better method to evaluate a product anyway so you have something to compare it too. I am not going to give number rankings becaue it is kind of pointless.

The Good
Strength - Gains were excellent, all my lifts went up almost every single workout starting at aobut the two week point and just kept going up during my run with this. This is by far this products strongest attribute, my strength improvements were great.

Recovery - During my workouts my recovery was excellent, I had great energy once I was in the gym for all of my sets. REcovery post workout was good as well, DOMS just evaporated on this even though all my lifts were going up and my workouts were pretty intense.

The Bad
Joints - Towards the end of this journal all of my joints were absolutely killing me, this is probably a results of lowered estrogen levels combined with the increased stress on my joints due to the higher lifts. There would be times I would lay in bed at night feeling terrible, a couple of times I could not sleep I was aching so bad. I have not taken aspirin or ibuprofen in years and had to use them both several times towards the end of this log.

Price - For a guy my size I think I probably should have upped the dosage a bit and the gains don't really come for about two weeks. For this product to be really effective in terms of strenght and size gains I speculate that it need to be run for at least 6-8 weeks and that is over $100.00. I just don't think 4 weeks is long enough for a hormonally based product to really work its magic and at over $50.00 for a month supply I think the price is a little high.

Lethargy - If adequate carbs are not consumed with this you will be dead tired. For low carbers I would probably stay away from this. Seeing as I love carbs this was not anyproblem for me, actually any excuse to eat more carbs is great by me. :D

The Ugly
Acne on my shoulders
Agression - Some people may like this aspect, others might not, but I definitely noticed a difference in my attitude on this and I don't know it was for the better. IT was great for the gym, but for my day to day life it kind of sucked

Measurements
Start:
* Weight: 225 lbs.
* BiCeps: 16.25"
* Calves: 16"
* Thighs: 23.55"
* Waist: 36"
*Bodyfat: 18.5%

END
Weight - 225
Bodyfat - 18% (down .5)
Waist - 35 and 3/4
Thigh - 23 inches
Biceps - 16.25 inches flexed
Calves - 16 inches
Chest - 43 inches unflexed

Well my measurements did not change much, but I was leaning out and look more solid. I think this is a solid formulation but it just needs to be run longer to really achieve its effectivness. Size gains follow strength gains, but the body needs time to catch up and at 4 weeks the strength gains were not enough to create corresponding size changes. Also, my strength has taken quite a dip since I have come off this produt which kind of demonstrates how those gains were not cemeted. This product has a lot of potential if stacked properly (Trinity Stack, but I would run it more like the NHA stack for about 6 weeks rather than 4 weeks) I think for what it is designed for, this product demonstrated that it is indeed effective, but it needs to be run longer and I believe very good changes would occur in a person's physique. Also, a person should probably add extra Cissus to aid in joint repair while running this. The amount included was not sufficient to offset the joint pain.

Thanks to all for following along, I swear pictures will be up tonight, they are on the camera I just need to load them on the computer.

Agression - Some people may like this aspect, others might not, but I definitely noticed a difference in my attitude on this and I don't know it was for the better. IT was great for the gym, but for my day to day life it kind of sucked

Measurements
Start:
* Weight: 225 lbs.
* BiCeps: 16.25"
* Calves: 16"
* Thighs: 23.55"
* Waist: 36"

Absolutely EXCELLENT review!! I have to agree with you on most points.
The only difference for me was the joint pain. All my pains actually went away during the use of supremacy. Now that I have been off of it for a little while the pains in my elbow have actually returned. :( Great review/log the man!!
