Looking for all diff approaches to strength training everyone has!

I am currently doing a Bigger Faster Stronger split

where I do

3/3

3/6

3/8

all at same weight

then start again week 4 with new weight

what do you guys think and what diff approaches can you you come up with

Doing a set scheme like that probably won't ellicite phenominal results. You are not really spending much time in any particular phase . Especially using the same weight. If you can lift x-amount for 8-reps. doing the same weight for 3 reps or 6, will not ellict the responses you are looking for. You should be shooting for smart weight progression in every workout regarless of set,rep scheme.

That is a kind of progression. He is increasing reps with the same weight over the 3 weeks.
