I pretty much have no energy this week. Workouts have been decent, which is all I can ask for right now.

Monday's Tension Workout

After the carb-up, it was time for the power workout. I did rest-pauses today. I did these because they let you apply a large load during a short time without having to go super heavy.

how should i train my legs if i want em to look like yours derek? my cardio consists of stairmaster for 15 minutes on level 8 and then 15 minutes of the treadmill at 4.0 mph on a 3.5 incline. for legs i do squat,leg press,calf raises. i can see some definition on my legs. my calves are already developed good enough.

Yeah I was wondering about your legs too. I saw your measurement thread and it said your quads are 25 inches. Where do you measure them at?

I measure at the halfway point, between the knee and hip.

Wednesday's Workout
AM- 10 Elliptical Sprints followed by 10 Clean Cardio Sets
PM- 30 minutes Low-Intensity on the treadmill

Thursday's Workout
AM- Legs + Arms Depletion workout
PM- Elliptical Sprints

Friday's Workout
AM- Upper Body Depletion Workout
PM- Clean Cardio

Saturday's Workout
AM- Uphill Sprints
PM- 30 minutes Low-Intensity on the treadmill

Sunday's Workout
AM- Clean Cardio
