I would like to thank **** for the opportunity to test out Pro-Anabol. I was very pleased with Jungle Warfare and BAM, hopefully their new supplement will be just as effective.

Measurements: I took all of my measurements this morning and will post before and after results after the 4 weeks.
Training Experience:
I was a Full Time Personal Trainer from 1996-2003 (ACSM Certified). I lifted Religously from age 20-27, but slacked for 3 years. Eight months ago I got serious and started lifting again under Derek "Beast" Charlebois...I gained 27lbs in the first 6 months and spent the last 2 months cutting down for summer. I started at 160lbs - bulked to 187lbs - cut to 180lbs. Now, we are up to date!
Current Training Schedule - I will be trying higher volume workouts inspired by Layne Norton.

NOTES:
I took my last dose of Pro-Anabol at 8pm last night...I went to bed at 11pm and couldn't fall asleep for over an hour, which is highly unusual for me. I was wide awake and with a slightly elevated heart rate. Could it be the Pro-Anabol? We'll see if this continues over the next few nights.
I woke up at 6:30am and felt very refreshed and alert instead of my usual grogginess. I took my dose and had breakfast. I hit the gym shortly after and did the workout listed above. My energy level was slightly above normal, but noticed insane pumps. I usually don't experience pumps that intense.
This pump lasted for a good part of the day (up until around 6pm, which was quite nice.) I took my final dose at 6:30pm and had no trouble falling asleep! No sides as of yet!

Notes:
This was the BEST leg workout I've had in about 3 or 4 months. Everything was working and had tons of energy. Pumps were nasty yet again!
I've noticed aggression is slowly creeping up...A few small things that I would normally let roll off, got me a lil' aggrivated. That aggression translated into the gym by adding 2-3 reps to most of my exercises from my last leg workout.
"Swole" feeling was there all day...
Labido was down today...

Day 4 - Rest Day
Notes:
- Due to getting up late this morning (9am), I had to take my second dose at 9pm. I went to bed around 11pm and again had alot of trouble falling asleep. I'm thinking that the last dose needs to be taken at least 3-4 hours before bedtime.
- Appetite is increasing...I'm starting to get really hungry between meals, which rarely happens. I eat every three hours.
- Aggression/Moodiness is still slightly high...wife noticed it and asked if I started taking something. She said the same thing when I started Jungle Warfare. :) Also noticing a feeling of slight cockiness or confidence.
- One last thing...I Have this "lean/solid" feeling throughout the day. Hard to explain, but just feel ultra lean.
- Labido normal
- No sides thus far.

- I was pretty tired throughout the morning and early afternoon, but once I walked into the gym my energy picked up big time. I had alot of stamina tonight...I usually wait about 1:15-1:30 seconds between sets, but was ready to go in 30-45 seconds. I just went with it :)
- Again, very good pumps...which seems to be occuring with the other testers.
- Slight increase in hunger again, especially between my 2nd and 3rd meals.
- Had a slight headache after my 1st dose.
- Was extra thirsty today.
- Aside from the mild headache I experienced this morning(which cold be attributed to alot of things)...I haven't experienced any sides as of yet.

I've been lethargic the last two mornings/afternoons...similar feeling to when taking Jungle Warfare. However, energy picks up when starting to workout. Today is going to be an off day, so I'm interested to see how I feel throughout the day and into the evening.

So, I hit the gym around 6pm and it was like flipping on a switch from fatigued to super energy. Strange as hell. Bottom line, I killed last weeks leg day and got some nasty pumps in my quads. Had good stamina and strength seems to be going up.

I'm following the Game Over Cut Diet 2,000 program by Chuck Rudolph...adding food to meals if I feel I need it.
Breakdown is as follows:
Calories: 2,000
Protein: 245 g (50%)
Carbohydrates: 85 G (20%)
Fats: 70 G (30%)
With a carb up every 3rd day. Protein is highcarbs are low due to cut. I gained 27lbs on 2,700 cals, so I have a slow metabolism.

Nope, I've been on the cut diet for about 10 weeks and have had lots of energy. I only started to feel fatigued for the last week or so.
I added about 250 cals to the 2,000 cals I was taking a few days ago to combat the fatigue.

Houston, the Pro-Anabol has landed! I'm noticing very good strength increases since the start of week two, kinda like with JW. You can see he difference in my previous upper body day numbers. My muscles also felt full all day prior to my workout. Oh, and I looked alot more swole during my workout than usual.
Still no sides to report...

Day 13 - Rest Day
Today was supposed to be legs, but I felt a sharp pain in my lower back while doing my 1st set of squats and decided to stop. My form is usually spot on, but I wasn't focusing and let my abs losen. I waited about 10-15 minutes to see if it would go away, but it didn't. I left the gym to see how I feel tomorrow.
Notes:
Muscles felt very tight throughout the day...hunger seems to be slightly less noticable. Sleeping great.

I definately tweaked my lower back a bit...damn it! I played it safe and only did certain leg exercises which didn't bother my back. It was actually a very good workout. :)

Fatigue seems to have subsided...was full of energy today. I had another great nights sleep and woke up refreshed. I had some slight discompfort in my left testicle throughout the day. Hopefully its nothing.

Day after day I keep upping the weights/reps...feels great! Lethergic feeling during the day is varying to once every two days or so, It's rough but worth the increase in strength. Small pimples are still on my face, which I never get. Left testicle isn't as bad as its been, hopefully I've seen the last of that! :)

I dropped a few hundred calories as my weight loss has been stagnant the last week or so. I either went up or stayed the same on all lifts today. Very surprising considering the drop of food intake. Energy was still high, I haven't noticed the insane pumps I was getting at the beginning of the log. Hunger pans are also not what they were.

I found another 2 pimples on my forehead...skin feeling pretty oily. Pain in my left testicles has subsided over thelast 3 days which I'm very happy about. Not very hungry eventhough the cut in cals.

Strength still increasing with very low caloric intake...I feel very lean and solid. Energy was great for most of the workout, but I started to crash towards the end. That is probably due to the redux in cal consumption, not anythng attributed from the Pro-anabol. No sides noted today!! My body is most likely adapting to the PA.

Felt great all day...A few more pimples are starting to appear on my upper back/shoulder area. Was very thirsty, despite downing over 1.5 gallons of water! :) Appetite is still rather low...

I actually went up another 10lbs on SLDL's and finally got 5 reps on my last sets of squats. Had a bit of a headached after the workout, but that happens evey once in a while. I was extremely vascular tonight, especally in my upper body. Other than that everythng is good!

30 Summary of Pro-Anabol
Keep in mind I was on a cut ingesting 2,000 calories...eventually reducing to under 1,800 calories.
Strength:
This is where the product really shines! I have never experienced such improvement from workout to workout. Check out some of these numbers, which jumped over 4 weeks:

Measurements/Body Composition:
I lost approximately 1.5 inches off of my waist, while all of my measurements stayed steady. That shows me that I lost fat and didn't lose much mass, which is the most important thing on a cut. The scale shows a weigt loss of 2lbs. So, losing an 1.5 inchs around the gut, while only loing 2lb of body weight. Very impressed.
Attitude/Feeling:
If you read my log you will know how fatigued I was in the 2nd and 3rd weeks. I would be dragging all day, but as soon as I hit the gym I would be an animal. It was kind of like flippin a switch. The twho hour energy bursts were intense and very focused. yet, the fatigue during the was extrememly hard to get through on somedays and is a side effect to be taken seriously.
Hunger:
There were times of extreme hunger, but I'm sure that is due to my low caldiet. I was also always thirsty regardless of how much water I drank.
Acne:
If you are paranoid about your skin, wtch out for Pro-Anabol. I haven't broke out with pimples since high school, I'm now 31. Well, I felt like I was going through puberty again! Found pimples on my back, arms and face.
Pumps:
Crazy freekin' pumps througout the first 2 weeks, nothing like have ever experienced! Vascular, hard muscles feeling like the skin was going to pop. That feeling did subside during the 3rd and 4th weeks.
Final Thoughts:
It maintained a hell of amount of lean body mass and upped all of my lifts, while on a rough cut. It gave me the energy and drive to blast my workouts. I would definately recommend Pro-Anabol on a cut!

hey bro i've been following your log great job. followed your bulk for a while too. awesome gains. have any update dated pics after the cut?
