Just like to point out a few things about today's workout which I blistered through. I'm not quite at 100% right now, so I've decided to lean more towards alot of volume in my workouts with as little rest as possible. So far I have taking a fancy to this style of working out and around each time I'm almost done with my set I'm literally almost done. Such as today's workout I chose to do pulsating incline bench and pulsating DB press performed with the DB's very wide throughout and I also through in some single arm pec dec fly's. Just a bunch of supersets for my entire workout today... boom, boom, boom, pretty much lead me getting in and out of the gym in practically 30mins.

Still not feeling up to snuff of late so I decided o rest up this weekend and avoid the gym. Haven't done much in terms of cardio etc... but I have started to play and practice golf again and thats taking up a majority of my day's thus far. After about a 2 yr lay off from the sport I'm actually picking it up better then I thought I would. I'm almost tempted into competing again, but thats still on the backburner for now. Tomorrow I'm going into the gym to do either a fasted AM session of Cardio or maybe hit legs I'm not sure yet. I have nothing in terms ThyroTabs to mention, but thats a given. One thing I have noticed during my PM dose ( I'm taking 2 for my 1st wk) is that I do become fairly hot (ie) my body temp goes up almost. Well I'll probably be floating around for awhile tonight, so if anyone wants to ask questions or keep me company feel free;).

Good to be back in the gym after some time off, but I'm kinda pissed. It appears some tendonitis has resurfaced in my left hand and is starting to hinder my workouts. As you might of noticed I'm have been taking it pretty light and will continue to do so until the pain diminishes. Its no biggie really I've had it a few times its just a pain in the ass.

Last week was a little sketchy for me, but everythings seems to have simmered down and I'm back in business. I've followed the directions for dosing on TT's and I'm taking 3 caps spread evenly throughout the day. So far I have noticed much, but I do feel an increase an increase in body temp every so often from a dose. I have been slowly gearing up for my final cut and think I might add some AM fasted cardio into my routine very soon. I'm looking forward to getting a few more weeks of TT's under my belt, so I can really gauge the effectiveness, but for now I'm off...

Strength and energy still are going pretty strong my arm didn't give me too much fits, but using straps definetly help out alot too. One thing to note is that it doesn't take much to get me sweating now a good sign that TT's are kicking in. Still slacking on the cardio, but I will throw it in pretty soon once my sleeping patterns get a little better.

Pretty pleased with squats today I've decided to souly do front squats since that seems to really take my low back out of play. Had a nice pump during my workout today and I flowed around the gym pretty well needing only minimal rest between sets. Slacked on cardio yet again, but I'm only hurting myself and I'll get my ass in gear soon enough.

I think they are there, but I need to drop some more bodyfat just to be sure. In all honesty I've had a rough time trying to get these bastards to grow I've down supersets,hybrid training, and just plain heavy trainging and so far nothing has yielded uber results. I've been thinking about hitting them 3 times a week, any thoughts Des?

Went a little heavier then I probably should of today the tendonitis in my left arm/hand isn't feeling to hot right now, but the workout was solid none the less. I really enjoy doing cable side laterals I feel it allows me to get a better stretch and actually target my side delt better then any other exercises thus far. Gonna go ice the wrist and catch up on my US Open highlights.

LOL this is true, but in all reality my tendonitis wasn't doing so hot and the only way it goes away is with rest, so I made the had decision and took 3 days off. Also had a friend pop up out of the blue this weekend and had to be a pleasent host for her;).

Solid workout yet again I'm definetly starting to feel warmer throughout my workouts and sweating has also increased, especially during cardio. I'd thought I tough up on some of the exercises that I have done today and by "vic style" I mean victor martinez. I was scoping a vid of his and noticed that he did seated alternating DB curls while pausing at the top of each rep until the other rep was completed in the other hand. During this exercise I really try to squeeze the hell out of bi's during the whole movement, but even more so at the top. This really gets alot of blood flowing into my Bi's allowing me to really target them well IMO. Other then that pretty ho hum session, but vascularity is definetly up as well.

I have been going to the gym with just enough time before closing to complete my workouts and cardio. I really think this helps me stay on point throughout my workout and really makes me stay at a steady pace, which I'm enjoying very much thus far. Had a real nice back session today with a solid pump and stretch in my entire back I like how the supersets of over/underhand yates rows feel, they absolutely kill my back. One other thing I would like to point out is I'm really starting to see some nice vascularity among my delts and entire upper body;)

I'd say give it a go DD I really have leaned pretty quick IMO and that was with a fairly decent diet and little to no cardio. I didn't pay much attention at first, but within the 3-4 week mark I really started to notice a decrease in bodyfat. I've experienced zero sides besides increase bodytemp and for some reason my appetite has been down too.

I noticed something today very pecuilar, while I was outside w/ my shirt off enjoying the fresh sunshine in a strange instance my nipples became rock hard! This indeed is a scientific mystery because in 90 degree weather this just doesn't occur, but what happens next I just couldn't comprehend. In that very instance the nice sunshine turned immediately to a dark ominous looking storm. The question looming in my mind and I'm sure it is in all of your's too is.... do TT's make my nipples an acute weather detection phenomenon???

This is very true:) I'm experiencing pretty much the same thing just not all the time. I have found that with little change in diet and barely any cardio I've been able to shed fat in a pretty astonishing rate IMO. Nothing super drastic, but of late I've really noticed how my BF% is going down without having to do much at all. I'm in a rough patch right now, but things aren't that bad;) I'm going to get things together shortly and maybe some kind of mini review of my 1st box.... later

Haha, I've tried to stay @ 3 tabs spread evenly through out my day. Most of the time its been that, but I did take a lil' break due to personal reasons, it wasn't that many day's though. Right now I'm still doing 3 tabs daily and I'm up in the air if I want to taper it down, but I only have a handfull of day's left. So to me it doesn't make much sense to taper down and in fact I think the TT's have had there full effect on me in the latter stages of use against early on.

What is it you are looking for advice for? Just wanting to try out a different diet? I think you look great as is, so you must be doing something right. What kind of diet have you been on recently? Was history, but now I'm feeling political science... I've been know to mix it up a bit, so I'm never really a 100% set on anything.

Well, you can combine history and political science. I have to ask, what exactly is poltiical science? The whole concept seems a bit odd to me.
Doing two majors. One in physiology and another in kinesiology. I have another two years of my under grad :( Then my masters.

Well guess what? So am I. I have never met my biological father either. There's many sides to the story of why he left. Don't know the actual truth, but regardless he did leave and never came back. Kind of sucks cause my mom was pretty near worthless. I keep hoping that he is a rich oil heir, since he's from Texas, and one day I'll meet him and he'll feel so guilty about deserting me that he'll give me tons of cash to make up for it....lol.

Yeah, I've always wondered if I had other siblings out there. I have a half-sister that lives in TX. She's getting ready to go to college. I'm 9 yrs older than her, but I haven't seen her since she was 12. I tried to get her to come visit me, but her ass of a father wouldn't let her. He's very controlling. He was my dad for 13 yrs, but he was very mean to me. I have no fond feelings for him. My MIL just found her older sister a few yrs ago and it went really well for them. If you have info on her, I would give it a shot especially being an only child.
