DAG Oil

Derek, I recently asked u in a thread about MCT Oil and you replied by saying you got DAG and started taking it. Ne wayz I was just curious when you take DAG and how much and how many times a day because it isn't included in your newest diet where you listed foods? Also what do you think of it? Can you notice any differances?

check the net for enova oil. ITs has high concentrations of diacylglycerol which is DAG.

I know what DAG oil is cause derek gave me a link in another thread and said he used it. I've been to the site and read it. He also said he was going to take it and my question for him is if his is taking it, how much, how often and how is it working? Sorry if my question wasn't clear b4.

What does DAG do again...refresh my memory!

www.enovaoil.com has some info on it. Basically it gets used quicker than regular fats, which is beneficial during low/no carb periods. It also does some other stuff, which I'll get to later :)
