What does your calories eaten to calories burned chart usually look like?

Those charts are highly inaccurate; I would not use them for anything other than confirming how online calculators are very misleading.

I like fitday for tracking calories eaten and macros. I do think the activity levels and that information is way too subjective to be correct. The only way I track calories burned when I do is with my HRM (which I haven't even done in a while because I need a new battery).

I don't put too much stock in it, I use fitday purely for the nutritional info.

Yeah it tells me I consistently burn 2600-2700 cals a day. I've only seen one other calculator tell me this range (On Berardi's website) but I think its a little exaggerated. I think my maintenance number is really around 2200-2300, from past results. Therefore, my charts usually look like I should be losing 3 lbs a day lol.

Ditto. I don't track my activity or try to predict what I should be losing according to fitday because it tends to overestimate my BMR and calories burned during physical activity. My metabolism just aint' that quick yet!

The calories burned thing on Fitday is a pile of crap - very, very inaccurate. But I'd be lost without Fitday when it comes to tracking my nutrition :)
