My stats...

I am a 33 year old female
I am 5'3"
Weight 112lbs
Not sure what my bodyfat is but it isn't that high


I woke up and had a protein shake with strawberries.

I ran 25 min high intensity and cycled 20 min high intensity in the a.m

I had another protein shake, a turkey salad and some strawberries

I took 2 energy pills no ephedra for extra energy at 3p.m.

I had shrimp,oysters,salad and soy chips

At 8p.m I did a 10 min warmup staionary bike

6 sets of 15 with 30 lbs for triceps

6 sets of 15 with dumbells 60lbs for chest

I ran 20 min and cycled 20 min at a moderate intensity

This is home gym equipment. I start Monday at the gym.

Hey! Welcome to these parts. Training looks kick ass. Are those 60lb db's per arm here!!! NICE! You an amateaur boxer? Keep up the good work

No, it is 30 per arm... I will get to 60 per arm one day. I just added weight training. I was just doing cardio for years. I like the results so far. I cut my cardio way down. I used to do 1 hour cardio 2 times a day with different machines. I feel much better now that I have cut it back. If you see anything wrong with my journal please let me know. I could use all the help I can get. Thanks again! Your journal is killer as well.

I am new so I don't have any good stats yet. My goal is to build my upper body more and keep my lower tone. My legs are easy for me to build... I guess because I am short. I kickbox 2 days per week and I love it. Thank you for the welcome. I look forward to talking with you as the time goes on. Thanks for the welcome!!!

How long have you been kickboxing for? Sounds like a lot of fun!

Good luck with your goals. You can attain them if you keep up the good training!

Thanks and goodluck with your goals. I have been kickboxing for 3 years. It is a great all around workout. It is great for a stress.
