hey everyone... I want to have more toned and defined abs.. but 1st I need to loose some of the fat around my tummy.. not much to loose. And I wanna loose my lower belly thats the only problem.. I have like a 2 pack right now..but for some reason My lower belly stores all my fat! Can someone give me some suggestions to loose it? And do you think I could loose this belly gat and gain a 4 pack maybe by the end of June..thanks so much! And I was thinking about taking creatine.. does anyone take it... does it work for you?
Hey Laura welcome to the Boards, well to loose fat you wanan create a calorie deficite in your diet, so i woudl recomend a low carb, high fat , hight protein diet, and you should consume 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight or more, and start taking a ECA stack liek ripped fuel, or similar, keep a similar weight training scedule like 3-5 tiems a week, keep it low voulume too, you dont wanna totaly destroy your msucles casue you dont have alot of calories to repair it, and do cardio 3-4 times a week for about 30 mins each session, hope this helps , if u want some more help PM me with your questions.
