First off, thanks Derek for responding to me about your old diet/routine...you mentioned your new contest diet...could you provide a link to this for me? Thanks
Also, I was wondering if you could give your shopping list from the start of your contest diet...this would be extremely helpful to me and greatly appreciated...
Thanks,
Anthony

Get the brown rice. For the rice cakes, get the plain (which you can put splenda and cinnamon on) or the white cheddar ones. These two types have no sugar in them.

Not that much when dieting. When I am bulking I'll eat bananas, apples, and oranges.

Hey Derek,
On the frozen chicken that you eat do you weigh it out? On my bag of Tyson boneless skinless chicken breasts it says for 196g or one chicken breast that there are 41g of protein and 1g of fat, but I think that is for the raw chicken. After cooking, that same chicken breast only weighs in the neighborhood of 140g.
What info do you use for your chicken breasts? Or do you just assign a certain amount of protein and fat to a single breast and track it that route?

I know about websites like the one you posted, hence why I have the question. Sites like calorieking.com have a much higher protein and fat count for the exact same item than does the label on the bag of chicken breasts. I was wondering what the almighty beast uses for his data.

I don't weigh my chicken breast. I just go buy what the bag says (which is for frozen), for each breast. If it has 35 grams of protein per serving, I just consider each breast to have 35 grams of protein. I have really has 30 and another has 40 grams of protein, it really won't matter in the end.
