heres what i ate today, i also did a workout at the gym(chest), i feel good, my stomach didnt growl all day, and i didnt get full either, i felt comfotable all day, i also, pounded about a gallon of water throughout the day, tomorrow, im giong to start cardio as well as lifting, im going to do the elliptical for as long as i can

total calories:2104

fat - 137g - 60%

carbs - 38g - 5%

protein - 178g - 35%

day 2: woke up with alot of energy, so i did a half hour on the elliptical before breakfast, once again 2 strips of bacon, with 3 scrambled eggs (mixed with salsa) and a small slice of cheddar, i also took my fat burner, im on thermal meltdown by cryogenixx

for lunch i had a salad, with full fat ranch, and a hard boiled egg

for a snack about an hour ago, i had some teriyaki beef jerky

for dinner i'll probly have a hamburger with cheese, and some salad dressing

here is my macros for day 2, the fat seems a little high, and the protein a little low, is this okay?

total calories - 2313

fat - 182g - 72%

protein - 133g - 23%

carbs - 36g - 5%

It's the just protein you should worry about. As long as carbs are low and you get your minimum protein per day, you're fine.

yeah i was wondering the same thing, cos iv been really high in fat recently and moderate to low in protein, low in carb

day 3: i think ive been pretty on point today well accoring to fitday i have

protein - 171g - 29%

carb - 41g - 5%

meal 1: 3 eggs with salsa, 2 strips of bacon, small slice of cheddar

meal 2: chef salad, boiled egg, chunks of ham, full fat ranch, chunks of cheese

meal 3: beef jerkey, small sliced of cheese

meal 4: 9oz loin steak bbq'd with worcestershire sauce and pepper{thanks captain), 1 cup steamed broccoli with a lil butter on it

post workout: whey shake with water

snack: 22 almonds


is 41g of carbs too much? will it take me out of ketosis? i think i am already in ketosis this is my 3rd day, i have a funnt taste in my mouth and my pee is smelling a little more pungent.

so i went to a concert tonight on day 3. metal concert, i only had 3 tequila shots and a bicardi and diet 4 drinks, i kept it moderate...haha but i was moshing and got a good cardio workout i was sweating like 2 rats humping in a wool sock

Day 4: woke up hella sore felt lazy all day. but i hit the gym and did biceps and forearms. i worked hard and had a great workout, didnt feel weak during the workout, just before and after. and heres my macros for the day

day 5: i dont feel so lazy, but then again, i didnt mosh at a concert til 2 in the morning last night either, lol. and didnt smoke as much bud. so im feelin good, im probly gona go out and drink a bit tonight, im gona keep it as low carb as i can. probly just have straight shots and bicardi or vodka with diet 7up....but here is my breakdown for today (not including alcohol)

Total: 2405

Fat: 174g - 66%

Carbs: 29g - 5%

Protein: 169g - 29%

fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck.......

yesterday i ****ed up so bad. damnit.

for breakfast i had the normal eggs and bacon, for lunch i had these breaded and fried chicken balls, not sweet and sour ones they were bigger, i had 2 of them, and some sugary juice.....then last ngiht i had about 9 budweisers, and after we were all drunk we threw in a delissio thin crust pizza, and i ate half of it. **** im gona ry to calculate the calories somehow on fitday. damn the devil to hell.

so today i didnt eat much, and when i did eat it wasnt very keto friendly, but tomorrow im back strict as i was during the week, its so hard on the weekend i just fall off. i drink and then whem im drunk im hungry. im ashamed, but ill just keep it up, and i havent weighed myself, ill do it after a month or so

carb - 70 - 24%

protein - 42 - 15%

im back to keto. i had 2 carb days there. but im back on the bus. heres my day

fat - 160 - 69%

carbs -27 - 4%

Hey butcha, I read your post about dropping cals in the keto General section.

I hear where your coming from, and agree it is very hard to eat the amount of cals YOU need. :mad:


Could you post your EXACT Meal plan for today? I would really like to see if I can help you. :D

heres a sample of a normal day, the only thing that really changes is dinner, everything else is pretty much everyday. sometimes at dinner ill have a hamburger patty, steak, prok chop or chicekn breast

meal 1: 3 eggs, with salsa, 2 slices bacon, slice of cheese

meal 2: post workout shake

meal 3: chicken or can of tuna on big salad, 4 tablespoons full fat ranch, cheese

meal 4: beef jerkey, slice of cheese

meal 5: whatever meat we have for dinner, and a cup of steamed broccoli with a spoon of real butter on it

well heres day 9:
total calories - 2014

fat - 149g - 69%

carbs - 32 - 5%

protein - 127g - 26%

meal1 - 3 eggs scramlbed, with salsa, slice of swiss, 2 thin slices bacon

meal 2 - 2 hamburger patty's, 2 slices swiss, 2 lleafs o lettuce

meal 3 - handful of beef jerkey

meal 4 - 8-10 oz bone in pork chop fried, 1 cup steamed broccoli

post workout - 1 egg plain, 1 scoop protein with water

heres day 11, i didnt do so great, it was a buddies birthday so we went to a greek restaurant and i had souvlaki and rice(carbs), and about 5 beer, (more carbs), heres my breakdown for the day, i am just going to make today my carb day instead of on saturday.

total cals - 2904

fat - 118g

carb - 152g

protein - 163g
