hello everyone!first time posting and just joined.this is a great site!thanks.I'am trying to find out if prohormones would be wise to use for a 48yr.old male.very active, getting in shape to run in 5k races, also running sprints, biking, and lifting weights, will be starting the max-ot training.I believe in training your total body and not just lifting weights.however keeping bodyweight is needed and looking like a bodybuilder is ideal for me and more excectly a sprinters look is what i'am after.I'am 5'7,150lbs,no prostate problems,no high blood pressure,a good diet but only consuming about 2000 calories,100 gm protein,150 gm of carbohydrates.and trying to increase my calories and protein each day slowly.any info about prohormones use and if i should at all due to health risk? has any used these?.thanks, tac

the best ph for your age would be for sure 4diol it increase your test because after you hit 21 years old your test starts to slow right down and your wife will love you as well:].it is also one of the best ph out there with minimal side effects.when i used 4diol i got no side effects im also a young guy so i think it would work better for you.hope this helps
