View Full Version : no more weightloss???

Hey there,

I am a 29 year old woman from Holland. I have been dieting for a few months now and lost a few pounds. But lately nothing seems to come of!!! I have to work a lot so I don't really have time to go to the gym right now.
I drink a mealreplacing shake in the morning and in the afternoon with dietmilk and a warm meal in the evening. Also I use 2 MdoubleYOu StackII capsules a day. One in the morning and one in the afternoon. And I also drink a lot of water. About 2 litres a day. Can anybody give some other advice on how to lose a little more weight. I will try to fit in a fitness or swimming programm next month but any further tips are welcome!!!

If you could try to squezze in just 30 minutes of walking 3 times a week until you join the gym, it would realy help. I was working long hours like you but i did my best to do it. Try to eat 5 or 6 small meals a day to.That way you will keep your body in check.If you are just starting out, read these boards! Do a search under diet or anything related and you will get tons of info. Good luck!

Take something to keep your esttogen levels up, eat lots of soy protein (that helps the estrogen, so that your curves will still be there when you are done), and try some of the Ma huang free formula of Twinlab's Ripped Fuel, its great, and wont give you insomnia
