Hi ladies,

My girl friend is a very petit. she is around 5'3" and some where around 102 lbs. She is 26 by the way, and people think she is like 18. she wants to gain like 10-15 lbs. Now I know what works for me, but I don't want to give her wrong advice or anything, so any suggestions I could give her would be great. tips on what worked best for you, what supplements you liked, whatever. Thank you for your help.

Basically what works for guys works for girls, you have to adjust the ratio.
Figure out WHERE she wants to fill out the physique, concentrate on exercises targeting those ares. But remember to work the whole body.
It usually takes females longer to add lean mass due to the lower natty test, but good diet (slightly above maintenance cals) and good strength training is the key.,
Figure her BMR, add 10% to start and work from there. If she starts to smooth out too much, back off the cals. make sure it's at least 5-6 meals/day, about 1.5g protein per lb, watch taking in too many carbs in the same meal with fats, etc..
My wife has added a good 10-15 lbs of lean mass in the last year(that's better thanmost guys I know). Squats, deadlifts, assisted chins, all the major compound exercises with GOOD FORM and starting light.
