Ive been goin crazy trying to discover different exercises for my hamstrings. Right now, the only ones Ive been able to find are RDL, leg curls and standing leg curls. I realize they are also used in deadlifts but I only do them twice a month.

all you need is RDL and leg curls

do 3 sets of either on your leg day.

I agree, really all you need is Stiff leg deadlifts and leg curls. I feel SLD's should be in every routine. Then you can alternate between lying leg curls, single lying leg curls, standing leg curls, seated leg curls, single leg curls.
