When I do certain lifts, I don't feel the burn where i should be. I decided to start pre-exhausting my muscles but found it to impact my heavy movements too much. So for the last few weeks the way i've been pre-exhausting my muscles is more like supersetting with light wieghts. It seems to be working ok but i was wondering if anyone else has ever tried this technique, it gives a great pump.

This is one of the main points of pre-exhausting!... Do you mean you cannot do as much weight as before?? or you can do as many reps ectt??.. This is one of the main points.... By pre-exhausting you are already giving your legs a good pump before you move to your heavier more compound movements. Your on the right path.... This is normal
