Okay, I know...I know not anohter post about critque this judge add that but it is. Ass of right now, I work out at about 3:00 pm then I run 20 weighted vest hills increasing 1 hill extra a day. I used to run hills in the morning and evening but I thought that was too much OD because I was loosing mass. The hills I run are relatively short but hella steep (about 15-20 feet long but at a 55 degree angle). Now here's the entire point of this post. After lifting weights adn running countless weighted hills about an hour or two after I work out I feel re energized, so I need more exercises. My goal is to loose about .2-.3 seconds off of my 40 yd dash. Don't tell me it cant be done because I did it already, its just that the same routine isnt working for me anymore and I need something more intense. Any pointers are helpful...THANX

More isn't ALWAYS better. Changing up volume and intensity of your runs may help you a lot. Maybe instead of 20, do 10 and do medicine ball throws inbetween. Or change them up so 1 rep you have a weighted vest the next you just do it normal. What Silent posted is also a good idea if you feel you must do more or need a change. Running on a flat surface will also provide good results and a change in stimulus. Good luck with your goals.
