Hey, this is what I ate today...how's it look? I'm a naturally skinny ectomorph. I weight 185 with 11% bf.

Meal 1
- 1 Cup of Kashi Cereal
- 1 Cup of Skim milk

20 minutes of HIIT

Meal 2
- 1 Cup of Kashi Cereal
- 1 Cup of Skim milk
- 1 Banana

Meal 3
- 1 Cup of Oatmeal
- 1 5 oz. Beef Patty
- 1 slice of cheese

Meal 4
- 3 scoops ON Whey

1 hour of weighttraining

Meal5
- 3 scoops ON Whey

Carbs: 185 Protein: 233 Fat: 59

2121 Calories

I'm no expert, but I think you need to get your protein and whatnot from more natural sources instead of protein shakes.

True, but I also got protein from Kashi, Milk, Oatmeal, and the beef patty. That contributed to the other 100 grams of protein that the whey did not give me.

Kashi = incomplete soy protein (FYI - too much soy protein will lower testosterone)

Oatmeal = incomplete protein

Also, your body can only process so much protein in one serving. I really think you are wasting most of that 3rd scoop of whey.

How long between Meal 5 and sleep? If > 1 hour, then add another meal.
