ok, now please dont direct your anger at me, for i am hardly the receiver but the presenter of shocking news. my friend, who will remain nameless, we'll call him gustavo for the sake of privacy. so anyways my friend dave was at the mall the other day, which one i am not at liberty to say. well anyways he was enjoying his lunch in the food court when suddenly he saw derek causing a commotion in front of burger king. he thought nothing of this as it wasnt the first time this has happened, but suddenly a small child started screaming as derek unveiled a syringe from his holster and injected himself in the right tricep with a substance that appeared to be synthol! suddenly the already massive tricep that derek totes grew to ungodly proportions as he stared at it screaming in tongue! dave was stricken with surprise as his chicken taco fell to the floor. derek then leaped over the counter knocking over a small homeless man and leapt upon the frier, where he burned himself severely and his tricep shrunk back to normal proportions. he then ran in the direction of macy's as several photographers gave chase. so my question is, does derek use synthol? was derek at the mall last thursday, and should i use synthol before my date at the beach on saturday? thank you

also, on a more bodybuilding related note, i was wondering should i go all the way to a 90 degree angle with my arms when doing dips? because im finding its hurting my sternum a lot and ive heard thats a common injury from dips. should i go slightly above parallel? thanks again.
