Background:

What I expect out of EST Nutrition?s NO Xtreme:
While taking NO Xtreme over the duration of this log, I hope to receive increased PUMP. I also hope to gain some strength throughout my training.

Diet:
I don't have set meals for each day. I do try to count my calories. I do my best to eat fairly clean. My main sources of food will come from Oats, Peanut Butter, Whole Wheat Breads and Pastas, Eggs, Milk, Chicken, Tuna, Steak, Fruit/Veggies, and Protein Shakes. I do have a weakness for pizza though!
Water intake will be 2-3 litres or more per day.
NO Xtreme Dosages:
I will take 4 pills two times a day.

Overview:
The workout went great, today was the first day I used NO Xtreme. Although the serving size is 4 pills its not too bad, they are smaller and easier to swallow than NITRIX another NO product I have tried plus with nitrix it was 3 larger pills 3 times a day. I definitely felt some effect already. Im not going to say it was the NO Xtreme but I did reach a new PR in my deadlift. Anyway I noticed some pump and muscle hardness but it was most noticeable in my forearms they were solid, my guess is from the deadlifts and flyes and NO Xtreme ofcourse! I also noticed my endurance was increased and I needed less time between heavy lifts. I am excited with the initial results and will keep updating this log as I go.

The color codeing is meant to show super setting example I super setted DB seated curls with Skull Crushers! The workout went great, today was the third day I have used NO Xtreme. I had a awesome pump. The pump began after my first 2 sets and it was intense it lasted throughout my workout. I still have a good pump going in my arms especially my forearms it has been 6 hours since I left the gym. I am really enjoying this product. My rest time between sets was down and my endurance has gone up after only 3 days. I hope this continues this way! Tomorrow is legs day we will see what NO Xtreme can do for Squats! I am really enjoying this product. My focus seems to have risen which is good. Overview:
The workout went ok, today was the fifth day I used NO Xtreme. My deadlifts are improving 235lbs is the most I have ever done for 8 reps and I hope to keep doing more! I had to cut my workout a little short today the gym was getting crazy full. I like my gym but if I wait to long to go it just gets way too full. Especially full of groups that are like 3 or 4 people big all using the same piece of equipment so its like a 20 min wait for a bench. Anyway I still have a all around body pump. My forearms are the most noticeable when I work out veins are poppin like crazy I love it. My whole body stays pumped up. I really like the look NO Xtreme gives me a all around full body pump even if I haven?t worked out some parts for 3 days! I am very satisfied and will keep updating. The workout was awesome. The pump began after my first superset and it was intense it lasted throughout my workout. Todays workout gave me the best pump of any workout I have ever had it was awesome veins were poppin’ like crazy it was great. My arms were swollen I looked and felt awesome! Now I know NO Xtreme is a NO product but its great my rest time is also down!
The only bad thing is Im half way thru my bottle so this will eventually come to a end

The workout went great, I didnt get to the gym until 10:30pm usually I get there at 9:30am or early afternoon.The NO Xtreme is keeping me pumped in between workouts and I really like that! My focus was pretty good considering it was so late. I still had a great workout and still have a full body pump from previous workouts! Todays workout was awesome!! NO Xtreme is constantly giving me great pumps and they are lasting days. I worked out Back and Chest today but I still had some of my last back and chest workouts pump! I am extremely happy with NO Xtreme! I highly recommend it to everyone, at least try it and If you get the results I am getting you will want to keep taking for sure!

The workout went alright I was going to do arms..I know curls for teh girlzz...but there were about 5 other dudes working out arms if that is what you would call it<---- more like flexing and heaving up way to heavy DB's. So i worked out legs instead saved arms for tomorrow I guess. My pumps are still great I can still notice it in my arms and my Traps and back the most! I hope everything keeps going this!

Again not too much change I have pretty much said everything I have noticed from this product it is great it gives me great long lasting PUMPS and helps me out by increasing my endurance and shortening my rest times. I have only 2 more days worth of this awesome product NO Xtreme is without a doubt something that I will use again and will use in a future stack for sure! I will keep this log going for a couple more days then write my final review on it!
