When your carb cycling. How do you figure out how many carbs to take in on each of the following days. High, Med, Low. As of now i just eat the same number of carbs, protien, and fats each day. ( 326 carb, 347 protein, 70 fat) ( I weigh 170). I would like to learn how to use carb cycling for bulking as well as cutting. Can you give me a rough outline on how to figure out my intakes? Thanks

You still want to limit the amount of insulin release. I would say 4 not counting your workout nutrition as a meal, but still counting those carbs.

I see damn I was doing it wrong I was counting pre and post carbs as a meal, so 4 high carb meals not including those I see, well if u do cardio in the AM and lift later on your Pre and post meals should be the same so u actully would have 4 smallers meals u would not count if working twice per day

Is that the same if you are bulking? Cos I cant see that gaining many people a lot of mass.
For bulking, I have:
3.5g per lb on high carb days
1g per lb on low carb days
<30g on no carb days

That is for a lean bulk, more of a recomposition style, meaning you will gain little (maybe even lose some) fat while gaining muscle.
