And someone try these out, and report back with some evidence if they actually work. Im not too sure about these "hypnotism" sessions either, but i guess they are supposed to alter your brain subconcsiously

its not supposed to work in one day. Thats what the manual said anyway, your supposed to listen to it every night before you go to sleep, then after a week or so, you will start to see changes in your behaviour.

Hypnosis is pretty sketchy stuff... it works, BUT you have to want the change to occur. Now here's the deal, if you want the change to occur bad enough, you will do things to make that change happen... hypnosis or no hypnosis.

For ex., that weightloss thing... you could listen to it day and night, but even if you want to lose weight, if you love food more than the idea of a fit body, you're not going to lose anything.
On the other hand, if you value the fit body more than the food, you are going to naturally strive for that goal without any hypnosis since you've pretty much already hypnotized yourself into wanting it.
