Yeahs, I am the Legend that every elderly person has been talking about. Anyways this is my Journal. Hopefully I can Keep up with it.
Today I did triceps and later on in the day I will go back to work the back. This is my routine.
Thursday AM
Barbell Extensions – 4 x 10
Behind the Head – 4 x 10
Cable Extension – 4 x 10
Dips – 2 x 10
V – bar PDs – 3 x 10
Thursday PM
Lat Pull downs – 3 x 10
Pull Ups – 3 x 8
Seated Rows – 3 x 10
Standing Rows – 3 x 8
Bent over Rows - 3 x 8
Deadlifts – 3 x 8
