hi, since off season of my sport i haven't been doing much. I've taken some time off and started relaxing and i put on some unwanted body fat, i think it's a good 5 lb. I'm looking to get back into tip top condition. I'm 16 yrs old, 170lb, 5'10 and wondering if i do 3x3mile run a week with 2 days of lifting in between. I've been eating healthy and my calorie intake is about 2000 a day with few cheat meals in between.
my question is, how long do you think it will take to see notable able results?
