contest and vacation

Ive got a contest in 10 weeks and im going on vacation in 9 weeks. the contest is 6 days from wen i get back from the bahamas. im worried that I wont be able to eat clean while im there and train every day while im there cuz its vacation..duh.

has any1 ever been in a similar situation to this and how u dealed with it?

Thats going to be VERY tough to do. Do you know if there's a gym at your hotel or near by? Me personally, i would never do that a WEEK out from a show. too hard. Eating wise

I have a show in 11 weeks and go to the beach on vacation in 4 weeks...I know your pain. There's a gym in the hotel, and I'll be doing lots of cardio on the beach that week. Stay away from the buffet's bro and enjoy relaxing without cheating on the diet!
