I'm 24 5'4 104 lbs medium frame, 10% body fat. I am trying to get ready to do a figure/fitness show this fall however I don't know if I'm on the right track. I have to gain weight, but am fearful of gaining fat. My diet is poor --not eating enough calories (12-1300 daily) I know I need to change it but I'm so confused and I don't want to gain too much fat.
I train 6 days a week, with cardio 4 days at 30 min. I just need some good solid advice--can anyone help?
