Winstrol dosage help

Ok so im running winstrol for the last 7 weeks of my cycle i have 50 pills at 50mg 's each so should i take 50mg every day? i see alot of ppl taking 50mg eod but i believe the half life of winstrol is only like 8 hours so that brings me to my next question should i split the tabs in half and take one in the morning when i wake and then like one with dinner or what?

The best case senario is to keep the drug level in the blood as constant and as high as possible, so yes take it twice a day. I always took it it all in the AM, but unless you are single digit BF or getting ready to compete it is usually a waste of money IMO.

im 8.5 % body fat and one of my friends whos close to same body type as me took it at the end of his cycle and he got shredded

buy a tab splitter and take two doses. I can tell you from experience that I've run it twice and will never again. Insane back pumps (even while running liver support), dry ass mouth (even with 1.5 gal/day water) and almost painful pumps when lifting...enough to limit range of motion and caused me to cut my workouts short, which was great for gaining size :) that being said, it did take some water off and help show some striations...hence BigJar's comment at the end....
