I been using a set of dumbells, 25lbs each side for 2 months. Now that I am forced to go to NY to stay with my parents for a month, I figure that I can't take my dumbells along.
To do my workout in NY, where can I buy any good resistance bands online, that has the same or higher potential as my 25 lbs dumbells?
Anyone knows? Please let me know. I appreciate it.

save your money and look for a 1 month membership at a gym, you will get a much better workout and shouldnt be too expensive.

I agree that a 1 month gym membership would be the way to go, but if that is not an option, the only bands I like are the jc bands. They are more expensive than a 1 month membership though.

I'm thinking the OP has probably already picked these up. He has had 8 years.

Bump of 8 yr old thread with an off-topic post to promote a trainer who sells steroids?
Negs given, and post reported.
(nevermind, he's already been banned)

I use ElastiTone bands, they have the highest resistance of all bands and a pretty good guarantee to boot so for men looking to add muscle i would say get them, used by some pretty big rugby players aswell who have reviewed them on twitter. I have also seen bands by Lifeline, also good. I do not recommend ripcords, pretty weak and if you view the post i made on another thread, very strong evidence that suggests they are not infact layered as they state. Good for women but would not recommend them for men, not enougth resistance in comparison to the other 2 mentioned brands. The black sniper is the highest they do and for many exercises it is lacking.
