BTW tried the straps today, incredible difference on the wrist. I need to get used to them before they really help my lifts, but they felt so much better than normal straps

I have but not enough to make a good judgement IMO. I would say straps probably help more overall with strength/support, but for some reason it takes me a while to get used to them.

Hell ya man, I used my straps today too for some deadlifts. I could not believe how comfortable they were. I had absolutly zero strap burn. I didnt even have any red marks on my wrists. Normally the burns are there for a good day or two. These things are amazing and by far the best straps I have ever used.

Ya definately was impressed. I deadlifted as well, and it helped a ton. Can't wait til I get used to em (haven't used straps in a while)

hmm...these sound awesome. Only time I use straps is for DB rows. Ive had no problem using chalk and a mixed grip for deads. Ive deadlifted 370lbs with no grip slip. Rows burn so bad now that I will look more into these.

I definitely prefer chalk to straps for DLs . . . I used to use straps but decided to switch to chalk to help improve my grip strength (so far so good I can hang on to 455 in my third set for 5 reps) . . . I prefer my APT straps for weighted pull-ups and shrugs though

nah, full retail is the same at every store. I just graduated school 2 weeks ago, and I'm work part time at a vitamin world right now while I'm going on interviews. CL products are usually a couple bucks cheaper om online when compared to what id pay with my employee discount believe it or not. Sometimes its just cheaper for me to get it in the store and not pay for shipping if its the only thing im getting. For example this comes down to 34.19 with my employee discount, so its about even after shipping. I'll just wait till my current multi/sizeon runs out, and grab this online when i order the flood and green mag i need to pick up.

This looks like an excellent product. At first, I was thinking $.67/day for a multi seemed expensive, but after doing some reading, wow. Seems worth it to me. Serves as a multivitamin, helps with sore joints (which is common with us), helps with digestion (which we need), great antioxidant complex (which EVERYBODY needs), and the flex complex? Not sure what MSM and Hyaluronic acid do, care to explain pt/tank?

3 pills twice per day so 6 pills per day (6 pills is the serving and there are 270 pills per bottle so 45 days per bottle)

yeah we try and use small boxes to save on shipping cost which in turns helps us keep cost of supplements to you low..............and it saves trees :D
