Hey man, I need to talk to you about some competition I am going to be taking pictures for you and could you just point out some weak spots, my legs are not too great but I'm working on them, they are coming along fine.
One thing I do not understand is my incline bench. I am benching around 155 for 6 and I flat bench 275 for four I am extremely mad about this.
And when I go to incline dumbbell I can get 110's in each hand up for 4.
Any suggestions, I'll give those pics as soon as I take them tonight.

So you can incline bench 155 X 6 but can do the 110 DB's for 4, correct?

Guys I'm not the type of guy to do that, I swear to god I'm not lying and just for your jerks I'm going to video tape it.
Its like my shoulder gives out on the incline barbbell press.
Why would I lie? I am asking for help here thats all. Is there something you do differently I have no idea, even my friends are like "Wow, what the..."
I will video tape it next chest day, for all you unbelievers.

I'd be seeing a doctor with that kind of disparity in what is essentially the same lift.

Sorry if I came off as an ass, but yeah - Ill have to see the video ;) This one is hard to believe - considering I incline bb over 300 and my 4 rep max is probably with the 120-130's (can rep the 100's about 15 times)
Have you ever hurt your shoulder in the past? What does it feel like when you are bb inclining, any pain?

My guess is you have a weak (in comparison) pectoralis minor. Doing some pullovers might help. I'll see if I can dig any other info up.

Spy sorry for calling you a jerk, I know teens do lie about their lifts, but I am being completly serious here. Its bugging me too.
