I've searched around for this, and come up with nothing.. Perhaps my google skills are lacking. :) I'm just wondering how many grams of protein my body is able to actually use per meal?(approximately)
Thanks,
John

I've heard around 50-70g max at a time. but at the moment, i can't seem to find my source on that one.

there isnt a proven max....and even if there was it would be different for each individual...there have been studies with identical protein intakes, eaten spread out or in one big meal, and they had the same effect....the idea that you can only absorb so much is bs imo
EDIT although if you consume more protein than your body needs it will still store it as fat so keep that in mind

Thanks Quelly, Rep'd. I was limiting myself to about 30 grams of protein per meal which is somewhat inconvenient at times..

not only inconvenient but if you're eating 5-7 meals a day thats only 150-210 grams a day....and thats most likely not enough if you're aiming for the 1-1.5g/lb of bodyweight....hope you see some gains!
