there is nothing wrong with consuming carbs at night. If you work out at night especially consume carbs around your workout

Veggies and salad are ok at anytime...I carb cycle, and we don't even count them as carb sources...

that's fine, as Quelly said you especially need your carbs after training. It's not so much when you eat them that will make one gain or loose weight/fat, but more calories in vs calories expended. If you burn off more calories than you take in during the day/night then you will start to loose weight.

YO BRO. i personally avoid carbs after 6pm. the only sort of carbs i have at this time are dextrose and multi dextrose to spike insulin a bit. Theres no right or wrong when it comes to carb issues,it just depends on the ability of your body to either process it properly or improperly.

thats just rude!!
But giving the avatar Im sure its good advice!
Personally I work out my macros and balance throughout the day usually last carbs after training around 7-8pm then a shake at night which come to think of it has 19g carbs in it, so balance throughout the day will balance your blood sugar too, but YES eat after training.
Note this is what I do when cutting

As long as the carbs fit in to your daily macro number's....it's A-O.K. to eat them any time you see fit !!!

Its good to have carbs right after you workout even if you workout late at night, take in something fast acting and just enough for your muscles to recover. Anything too excessive could be problematic.
