Well guys I have 2 months untill football starts and while some of my teammates are at the beach, I'll be hitting the weight room. This is my first journal and I am doing it for a few reasons. I see it as a good way to learn from others and just be part of the lifting community. I will be doing Korte's 3X3 program. I did the first day on monday so I will be starting from the second workout. Here are my stats:
Age: 16
Height: 5'11
Weight: 255
Max Bench: 225
Max Deadlift: 315
Max Squat: 415
Max Power Clean: 215
By the end of the program I am hoping to acheive these numbers:
Weight: 260
Max Bench: 245
Max Deadlift: 335
Max Squat: 455
Max Power Clean: 225
Two more things I forgot to ask, I wanted to make the attachment show up here without you having to click on it but i need to get a website to host it on. So if you know any good ones that are free please tell me. Also I want to powerclean while on this program but Im not sure how to incorparate it.
