You have a lot of mass. With the amount of time before your contest you could really do well.

Just be sure your diet is in check....start dieting now (not sure if you are already)....There is no time like the present...so go for it!!

With that amount of mass and that amount of time to diet, you will be more than ready. I suggest getting your diet in order and start prep early. I did a 16 week prep for my 1st one but I wish I would have went 4-6 weeks longer.

ya its always better to start early. its easier to maintain rather than bust yourself the last few weeks and come in small. even if your way ahead you can allways add back in some calories and then that will actually bring out more vascularity for the show. good luck

Shave your s**t man! lol. you need to be able to see the changes up close. Your about 12 weeks out or so. It's really time to start to step it up.
What's your current diet like?

Diet hard now. Up the cardio too, you are still holding a lot of BF. How many weeks out are you? What does your diet consist of?

It's about 12 weeks out, November is the target date...but I am thinking of pushing it back.
As for the diet, my diet consists of egg whites, greens, brown rice, chicken breasts, oatmeal, apples.
No cardio yet...will get on that soon.
Yes, I am aware of the shaving LOL...I get waxed :cool:

You definitely want to add that cardio in ASAP....Then you can make a judgement call as to when you want to compete...but I really recommend finding another show date and not just putting it off.
