I personally hate hearing this, but it's true, EAT! :) Also, you may want to try creatine (if you haven't already) i gained a good 15 lbs in 6 weeks

Eat 18-24 calories per pound of bodyweight per day. High protein, moderate carbs, low fat. Train consistently and intensely.

guys I want complete advice like a training program. A moderate nutrition program. And a good list of supplements that WORK.
Okay I need to know what type of plyometrics I should use as well as cardio, and how much weight should I put on the bar. I am a computer give me some info that I can count on.

It will be hard to put on that weight in four months while conditioning, but I put on 45 lbs in a little less than that time span by late night binging at college, I ate really clean during the day but then I made two trips at 12 midnight and 2 am to this on campus diner. I pigged out on chicken sandwiches, milkshakes, chicken clubs, omlettes. Although I put on 45 lbs my body composition stayed pretty much the same.
If you have the money I would definately try to find these things called NAKED Juices, there awesome and packed with vitamins and calories...green machine is the best tasting one. I attribute alot of my weight gain in college to two of those a day minimum.

its impossible to put on 30 pounds of muscle in 4 months short of steroids. I'd say 10-15 pounds (even then some of that will probably be fat)
