Since you are still growing you will need to ingest all the whole foods you can stand in the form of 6 to 8 small meals a day spaced out 2 to 3 hours apart with all of the nutrients hitting the same amount over all the meals try 1 to 1.5g of protein per pound of lean bodyweight and about 3 to 5 times as many carbs depending on your metabolism. Fat is important also try to get your fat from tuna and salmon (both sources of omega 3 fatty acids.) Also use penut butter ( I would suggest smuckers natrual penut butter, it has 0 trans fatty acids.) It taste decent and you can add it to your protein shakes to get a good taste and consistency. Make sure your carbs come from whole wheats and grains such as rice, whole wheat pastas, whole breads, potatoes, sweet potatoes, and oatmeal*very good* By whole foods I mean chicken, beef(try to trim off fat) turkey, real food. Stay away from processed foods as much as you can. If you get hungry during the day snack on mixed nuts instead of chips*though I don't know why you would get hungry on 6 meals a day? avoid saturated fats (mayonase, whole milk, cheese) just look on the back of everything if the ratio of carbs/protein/fat is about 3/2/0.5-1 your good. Try to get a good protein shake also I suggest optimum nutritions 100% whey it has decent amount of high quality protein per servine(there are alot of servings though)and it is fairly cheap. I can't remember the exact equation for calories it is somewhere on the teenbodybuilding.com web site? but shoot for 3,500
