I currently lift on a 3-day split, M W F.
I want to be most "anabolic" on Mondays and Fridays.
How would this be for a carb cycle.
M-High 300-400 carbs
T-No 50-100 carbs
W-Low 175-225 carbs
Th-Low 175-225 carbs
Fri-High 300-400 carbs
Sat-No 50-100 carbs
Sun-Low 175-225 carbs
And another question for you Derek:
Is your carb cycle basically, High, Medium, Low, High, Medium, Low, No? Do you think one no carb day is enough or should I try to keep them more balanced? Thanks for your time.
Anybody else's input is greatly appreciated as well.
