Box for box squats

I have a home gym(free weight, bench, and squat rack), and want to start doing box squats. Any idea where to get a box?

build one go to west side site and look for the directions on how to build one. He did have it posted at one time. If not maybe t-mag has directions look for either dave tate or louie simmons.

Where can we find out where to make one ? i looked around and couldn't find it .

Isn't the box just used for coming down to sit on? If so use a chair:)
