fitness competitions

i was wondering if there are any male fitness competitions in the u.s.?If so, where can i find out more info on this?

Yes, but there are only a few men's (fitness) competitions compared to the numerous female fitness competitions. The Emerald Cup in Seattle, Washington started a men's division a few years ago. The catagories included posing (quarter turns), a routine round and a pushup round (2 minutes). You might try to contact your state NPC director for more information regarding which promoters include a men's fitness division. I have heard that there are a few others, but I am unaware of thier locations. Another avenue to consider if you are interested, is sport aerobics, but they are not judged on physique to my knowledge.
