I'm doing rippetoe's and in only a certain few movements I feel this pain in my right shoulder.
The first time I felt it was when I was doing military presses when I was lifting the bar off the ledge, it was just a temporary pain in my right shoulder that went away when I did my actual reps. It was only when I was initially lifting the bar off.
Then, just today, I had to use a barbell sitting on the floor for my military presses because someone else was using the one I usually use. So, I had to do a power clean type movement to begin and then continue with my standing presses. I got this same pain in my right shoulder when the barbell was almost up to where I'd begin the military press (end of the clean).
Do you think I just have a weak muscle there or could I have hurt my rotator cuff or something? These are the only 2 times I feel it, I do all the other exercises (including all the accessories) and I can't feel a thing in my shoulder, and it never hurts afterwards either.
