For agility I'd do a lot of cone work. http://athletics.colgate.edu/powerperformance/Instruction/SpAgDev/Agility.htm
Here's a site on a lot of drills you can do for agility. Hope it can help.

ahh okie
then heres what you do
for verticals heres a good one.
take some small dumbells like the cheap ones no one ever uses...lay them 2 feet away from each other about 3 of em now grab some 10-20 pound dumbells step on one side of the ones on the floor. now hop between them as fast as you can trying to keep your feet locked togeather and not to tip over the dumbells
as for footspeed you can do some rubber band drills like putting them on your ankles and lungeing with them or duck walking
you can also attach them on your quads
jump ropeing helps too try to switch it up also
any more questions pm me

do you know what the box jump is.
You have a dumbell on each side of you and jump as High as you can.

I thought the box jump was where you jump onto a box then back down, then repeat.
