Current Training:
I have got a new workout program it has been made up from magazines, this site, books and personal experience. It is a 3 day split. Designed for 3 on 1 off. I will be posting each workout with weight and reps as the log goes on.
Current Supplements:
Dymatize - Mint Chocolate Protein
Jaimeson - Vitamin C
Bio-X - Multi Vitamin
Swiss - Glucosamine

Diet:
I don't have set meals for each day. I do try to count my calories. I do my best to eat fairly clean. My main sources of food will come from Oats, Peanut Butter, Whole Wheat Breads and Pastas, Eggs, Milk, Chicken, Tuna, Steak, Fruit/Veggies, and Protein Shakes. During this log, I am going to really make an effort to up my calorie intake, as recommended by Neogenix while taking Supremacy.
Water intake will be two litres or more per day.

Nope. I dont play anymore. I played travel hockey from the time i was in 1st grade to 18 years old.. but then when i went to college, i decided im way more into bodybuilding. Plus i had a lot of injuries from hockey (One which stunted my growth thats why im 5`1)

The workout after my first day of using SUPREMACY was great. I have already noticed a increase in strength. I have also noticed a increase in mood since I started taking SUPREMACY I am feeling happier and I just feel better. It could be a little placebo effect since I was eagerly awaiting my bottle of SUPREMACY but either way I am enjoying it. So with strength up, mood up and having more energy than normal I have to say Im liking SUPREMACY and cant wait to continue using it!

The one squat rack we got at my world health club was being used so no squats today..I will make up for it next time though!!!
Good luck with the PR on deadlifts. But deadlifts in a squat rack? You guys have no power rack or lifting platforms?

In one of the gyms there is only one squat rack<---- I was saying that because I didn't do any squats in my last workout....
I could do deadlifts anywhere just need a BB and some weights! There is no power rack which suchs..they got 2 smith machines instead which I think is gay sure they have thier place but they limit the ROM I find. I dont use them for DL or Squats I have used them for shrugs though occasionally.

On May 24th I set a PR on the DL with 295lbs today I lifted 315<---- I know insane jump 20 pounds in a week. This stuff is great I have been putting a lot of time and dedication into my workouts especially over the past two months which I think has been the main reason for the increase in DL?s but there is no doubt that SUPREMACY is also a factor in it. I am very thankful that Neogenix has allowed me to test this product but now I know why it is because the product is awesome and they know it! I will keep logging my results and I hope to see the weight go up and up! Strength and without a doubt increased and the log proves it! Yes I am excited!!!

The workout went alright I was going to do arm..I know curls for teh girlzz...but there were about 5 other dudes working out arms if that is what you would call it<---- more like flexing and heaving up way to heavy DB's. So i worked out legs instead saved arms for tomorrow I guess. My strength has been going up steadily the biggest notice was in DL on back day but I am also noticing it in some other lifts. I hope everything keeps going this!

Although I am seeing gains in quite a few exercises I am thinking of changing up my routine maybe Chest/Tri, Back/Bi, Shoulder/calves and Quads use a 4 day split instead of 3. What do you dudes think?

Kille tune! Here is this recipe. You live in Edmonton, so I am sure you have access to a Sobey's or IGA.
- Prepare 4 chicken breasts, then slice.
- Prepare 1.5 cups of rice (your option)
- Heat 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heart.
- Stir-fry 1 cup of sliced mushrooms (mini bella's or cremini are a good option), 1 cup of sliced red onion and 1 red sweet bell pepper, seeded and sliced for 1 minute.
- Add chicken and rice and contue to stir-fry until heated throughout. Stir in 4 tbsp Compliment Sensations Cilantro Chili Lemon Grilling Sauce (In the grilling/bbq sauce isle at Sobey's/IGA)

Alright my workouts are going great. I have recently changed them up a bit I have a new schedule now Chest/Tri, Back/Bi, Shoulder/Calves, Quads/Hamstrings. I think this will be a good split going from a 3 day to a 4 day split I think will also help give a little more rest/recovery time.
SUPREMACY is really helping in strength and endurance. I cant wait to compare my beginning lifts to my lifts when this log is over in my final review it should be quite drastic! Also i notice I have been getting more solid sleep since taking SUPREMACY which is a great thing. So basically everything is going good everything is improving and I am noticing no side effects which is fantastic!

it should not be a problem based on the fact that one is Supremacy and one is NO Xtreme a NO product. I do understand what you are saying though. i have asked both of the companies reps that have sent me these products about the use of other supps. I am also using Vit C, Glucosamine, Dif types of whey protien, Multi Vitamin. SO since one is a NO product and one is for increasing testosterone production I dont think they should interfere with each other. If you have any more questions please feel free to ask

My concern is more with strength and workout productivity and which product contributed to gains. It is just a personal preference that I try to limit variables when starting a new product, it just gives me a better idea if that product is worth purchasing again. Good luck with your training and your logs are excellent BTW.

Never took JW but my supremacy log was amazing, I think I helped him a little via PM tho
Nice strenght increase, it'll continue for sure and you'll be amazed at the end when comparing stats... after my log i was freakin out when i realized my bench went up 25 pounds, my overhead press went up 20 pounds per hand and squat was through the roof as well
supremacy is the real deal :)
I am interested to see how JW and Supremacy compare. Might have to try it on my next bulk.

My workout on June 6th was a late one. Or at least late for me it was almost 10pm I usually workout 10am or early afternoon. The days have just been going fast lately but Im still dedicated and making time for the gym! The workout went pretty good even though it was late. My strength was still good even though it was late, which was a bonus because I thought I might be lacking the energy to finish and get a quality workout but I did Im glad I did! SUPREMACY is definately helping out.. also no side effects other than maybe realistic dreams..

yeah your schedule is pretty intense with your work hours and everything. I tried my best throughout that workout I was really lazy feeling but thought well I am taking all these supp's I might as well put them to goof use,,lol

My workout was awesome. I really had great energy and focus. I really wanted to work out. It was the first time in a long time that I really dedicated sometime to working shoulders. I had a great workout and energy and strength were high through the whole workout! SUPREMACY is totally helping by increasing strength and really seems to lower my rest time. This workout was done in 44mins, which is fast for me Im usually just over an hour!

I would say 35 - 45 lbs is a good starting point. Though it varies greatly per person.

Since a single leg leg press is a new exercise to you, one will find the nervous system will quickly adapt to it. I think my strength increased dramatically 2 weeks later on this exercise. My squat strength has seemed to be slowly going up. It's hard to judge though now since I am on a "low-carb" diet. (~130 g a day) and I am losing some strength.
However, my deadlifts seem to be increasing at a decent pace. I am going for 340 lbs x 5 reps on deadlifts this Tuesday. Hopefully I can pull it off.

Overview:
My workout today was a good one. I was a little tired before I started but I got some help from FUBAR. The exercises in green were done in superset format. The exercises in red were done in giant set format leg curl,leg ext, leg curl, leg ext with no break in between. Also 5-6 damn you 1 leg leg press are killer. The weight was dramatically lower than 2 leg leg press but it felt awesome I could really feel it in my quads. I think I will switch between one leg and two leg each workout from now on! Awesome suggestion 5-6! Great advice as usual. I have been noticing that I have been having dry mouth early in the morning and during workouts. I am going to up my water intake. I am not sure if this is due to SUPREMACY or not but I will drink more anyways!

Thanks bro...The one legged leg press is awesome its got to be one of the most intense exercises you can perform with very little weight, I love it! It really had me pushing myself even grunting like a mad man...lol I cant wait until next time!!! If my legs make it damn I got crazy soreness, but not injury soreness just feeling the workout especially one legged legpress!
I recomend this exercise to everyone who has not tried it...you can go after 5-6 after your workout if you can still run or even walk

The color codeing means suppersets!!! I set a new PR in DB Incline Press I ususally only go to 80lbs with no spotter but today I went up to 90lbs!!! I was feeling good and had a awesome workout. Also I went up tp 235lbs for reps on the bench press I usually only go 225 but was feeling it today. There is no doubt that SUPREMACY is making a difference. As well the addition of FUBAR pre-workout is also helping. I dont think it is only supplements helping in these gains, its alot of hard work by myself but my current supps and nutrition are totally helping out plus the encouragement I am getting from here is totally a boost!

Overview:
My workout today was good. I went later than usual but still had a good workout. Thankfully at the gym I went to not many people have ever heard of deadlifts so there was alot of room by the free weights :). I hit a new PR on deadlifts 335lbs. On May 24th I hit a PR on deadlifts with 295lbs so in 3 weeks it has gone up 40lbs. I expect it to continue to raise mainly because I had neglected to do this exercise and I have only done it for the past 2.5 months. I had some help from my little friend FUBAR again today. SUPREMACY is without a doubt a product I will use again hopefully next time I can try their stack! Also why do the skinniest guys in the gym do the most isolation exercises...<---maybe thats why they are the skinniest.

Honestly, I don't have an answer for you. I know when they had the Canadian Championships here in Saskatoon there was a "Fit Show" type thing. Nothing terribly large, but still a good selection. If there a Fit Show at this years Canadians, I would imagine it would be larger than the one in Saskatoon, since Edmonton is a larger center.
I also plan to get a Canadian Bodybuilding Hoodie. I missed out last year :(

Just cause the pre judging starts at 9am then the finals are at 5pm..Ive never been to a BB show but this seems like the one to go to the Canadians that is.. 1 Leg squats? No never tried them, trust me try you will feel it fhe 1 legged leg press yor sure!!!
Yeah IM trying to bulk but then again I pretty much am always trying to add weight. So Im happy right now because I am getting some weight and starting to lift a lot heavier!

Overview:
My workout was ok today. I am currently trying to find the best rotation.workout for myself. Usually I dont change it too often or I atleast will stick with one workout for 1-2months, but Im thinking of a new split
WO#1 Chest and Calves
WO#2 Bi/Tri
WO#3 Quads/Shoulders
WO#4 Back including traps if not done with shoulders
This way I think will work a little better plus workout 3 can have alot of exercises supersetted between quads and shoulders. Plus I want Back to be pretty much on its own with upper and lower back together and yes DEADLIFTS!!!
I have put on a considerable amount of weight on within this past month. My weight seems to fluctuate within 2 or 3 pounds but this is the heaviest I have ever been and almost every exercise has gone up and I have new PR's in almost every exercise. I will not say all of this is due SUPREMACY but it definately has helped out. As well I am putting a lot more time and attention into working out. A few reasons for this are that I am logging my results so I want to continue to set new PR's and that a company NEOGENIX allowed to to log thier product and sent it to me to do just such.

HAHA! I also get weird looks when doing farmers walks, especially people in the weight area. Also get weird looks when I do lunges.

My workout today was a struggle and not only because of crazy One Legged Leg Press's. I seem to be having a nose cold/fever. I have had it for 3 days but I am hoping that it is on its way out. My Leg Ext. and Leg Curls are supersetted. Usually I am somewhat against Leg ext. but when I do them at the end of the workout and superset them with seated leg curls both of these exercises seem to work and I feel them!!! SUPREMACY has earned my respect. Almost every lift has gone up. I have about 12 days left of it and I cant wait to see how high my lifts get. My big 3 added up is 905lbs my goal for awhile has been to get that to equal 1000lbs. I think that with SUPREMACY I will be able to achieve it. Maybe even before this log ends!

My workout today was good. My numbers on DL's are a little lower than usual I am trying to go with about 100lbs less than my max for 2 working sets for this workout and my next. hopefully in 3 Back workouts from now I will go for 350lbs on the DL <---which would be a new PR.
SUPREMACY has without a doubt helped bring up my strength and endurance. One thing I am noticing though is I have been sweating more than usual and I have been getting some acne mainly on my forehead which is quite possibly related to this supplement.

It doesnt say it may have sides exactly it does have a warning which everything does here is the warnings for

Do not use this product if you have a family history of liver, kidney or prostate disease or endocrine conditions. If you have any other medical condition or are taking prescription medications, consult with you physician before using this product. Do not exceed recommended serving. Discontinue use and call a physician or licensed qualified health care professional immediately if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, blurred vision, or other similar symptoms.
I have not experienced any sides at all. Some things I have noticed is very realistic dreams as well as a more sound sleep a great increase in strength as well as needing less rest time inbetween sets/exercises.
Now for your question Do you have a shot advertising this stuff later on? Im not quite sure what you are asking. I am not a online rep or anything for this supp although I do reccomend it to anyone looking for this type of product.

I never do movements on flat bench really. Except when iwant to show off up at school:D jp. My favorite chest exercise by far is.. Wide Grip Incline Smith Machine press. LOVVE IT!

thats funny because i hardly do incline/decline movements lol my shoulders bother me when doing inclines so i stick to straight/flat chest movements for the most part...i usually do 5 exercises for chest and only 1 of them is incline
I gotta say I am a fan of both incline and decline bench.

I never do movements on flat bench really. Except when iwant to show off up at school:D jp. My favorite chest exercise by far is.. Wide Grip Incline Smith Machine press. LOVVE IT!

thats funny because i hardly do incline/decline movements lol my shoulders bother me when doing inclines so i stick to straight/flat chest movements for the most part...i usually do 5 exercises for chest and only 1 of them is incline

Overview:
The color codeing in my workout shows the exercises that I have supersetted. Alright this was my workout from Friday. It was a pretty good one but since my Best Friend is getting married today and I am the Best Man I have been busy trying to help him out alot. I hope the wedding goes well.
I am starting to see some minor strength increases in my arm exercises which is great especially since my biceps are one of my weak points. SUPREMACY has helped out and I cant wait to see the final results. I have roughly 9 days left. Which makes me sad...:( but a new stack and log will be sure to follow!!

I do supersets with Bi then tri one week then Tri/Bi the next. Someone suggested that to me a few months ago and my strength has gone up like crazy compared to breaking the arms up in to different days.
If the gym is slow, I do a superset of bis and tris. If the gym is busy, I lock myself to the bench or what have you and I don't move till I am don that exercise :p

That sounds like a pretty good idea. It will totally be something new so hopefully my arms will respond well to it thanks!!

I should Im still recovering from my best friends wedding last night..I was the bestman..I got a sweet gift from him though a 20GB ipod and a armband for it so i will be trying it out today at the gym....legs..bring on the OLLP!!!!!!!!

Overview:
My workout today was a huge struggle. I had no motivation. It was probably from being up late 2 nights ago at my best friends stag and then last night I was out late because it was his wedding. So two late nights not the best nutrition and less than usual sleep all added up. I was about to cancel todays workout completely. I didnt cancel and Im glad I didnt I feel so much better now. I always feel way better after working out. I dont know if it is the endorphins or what but I always feel so much better and if I go to the gym and at times if I dont go for a while I feel like cr@p!
Well as you can see I reached a new huge PR today I got 230lbsx5 on the good ol' OLLP. I have only used OLLP 3 times but my body has responded incredibly well to it the first time I tried it was on June 9th my best was 100lbsx8, then June 17th my PR was 140lbsx10 so Now set at 230lbs is very good for me.
Now after saying that I found that 230lbs was very heavy and very intense so I will not be going for a new PR in OLLP for a couple of leg workouts Im going to be trying for some 8-10 rep sets at around 200lbs for awhile then go for a whole new PR!!!!!!
SUPREMACY has helped even in my Leg ext/Leg Curl Supersets there has been considerable raises in weights and reps!

Great workout today I blasted my chest harder then I ever have. It was great. I got 245x6 on flat Bench. I would have got more but it was getting heavy and no spotter but Im happy with 6. Its the heaviest I have lifted for reps in about a year so I hope to continue getting stronger!!!
SUPREMACY is fantastic I have to attribut some of my recent success to it. i am really considering buy the TRINITY STACK well probably 2 so i can run 8 weeks of it. Im not sure yet though. it looks awesome though!!!
