The point of this section is to display my contest preparation tatics (Diet, training, etc.). And while the past 8 weeks have been uneventful (not a lot of changes), the next 7 weeks will. What I set out to do was show the readers my progression though diet (caloric change), training, fat changes (through pics and numbers), etc. This would allow the reader to gain insight into what goes on while preparing for a contest. The reader could see what I am doing and apply what he/she sees. This would be incorporated with their own research and advances in knowledge.

What this section is not is a place to ask how to do a certain exercise, seek advice on your own personal program, or just ask me any random question. I do not have the time nor patience to answer all of them in the manner I see fit. So from here on out, I will only be answering questions dealing with my preparation. I'm not being mean or snobby, but I have other stuff to do.
