hi derek, its taken me a lot of time to work up the guts to talk to you, ive always been a big fan but to actually be able to communicate with you just blows my mind! ive been collecting pictures for a while and i found one that kind of looks like you, and i thought maybe you would like to keep it. so here it is.
also, i have a question, ive been having a debate with my friend louis for months now, this is actually his user name ive simply hijacked it while at his house! and i know coming from you he would take whatever you say as gospel. so when performing a bench press exercise, do you keep your elbows tucked in to your body, or do you flare them out creating a 90 degree angle? i argue elbows in allows you to hit your chest better and eliminate some pressure on the front delts, he says no, elbows in is more for triceps then chest. anyway its got us all in a tussle and i fear it could ruin the relationship which i truly believe has potential to grow into something intimate and special, so if you could help us out and solve our problem that would be stupendous. thank you and good luck at the O!
