Hi,
I am using cellucor's D4 extreme for fat loss (2 capsules twice a day) which works on thermogenic process and contains caffein along with Ultimate nutrition's Iso sensation 93 whey protein (176 grams daily distributed in 5 meals).
Can i start taking creatin also along with these two products for increased muscle growth ? Somebody told me creatin should not be taken with fat loss products. Is it true ?
Please guide me.
thank you
ryan

I took the D4 and creatine. In twelve weeks I lost over 40 pounds of body fat and gained over sixteen pounds of lean body mass. It worked for me, but I was in a twelve week contest.

I have never heard of not being able to take creatine with a fat burner.
I've used both together with no problems.

Yohimbe + tyramine is bad. This is why Green MAG has that warning on the side about not taking with yohimbe.

No.. the creatine might hinder some WATER loss but not fat loss.

oh yeah.... i mean i didnt really know what i was doin, so i just called muscletech, and it was prob just some customer service person thinking they know what they were talking about. thanks for the info tho
I am going with Terracotta on this. Yohimbine + tyramine is not a good thing. And depending on what sort of creatine you use, you might still be retaining water.
