Don't know if anyone cares but here's what my day looks like today

6:30am
1 egg
4 egg whites
8 oz low fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup strawberries
1/2 banana
2 tsp chopped almonds
1st vitamin

8am
Back and bi's
t-pulls 4 sets 90lbs 8-12 reps
reverse grip pull-downs
3 sets 90-100 6-10reps
seated bicep curls 20's 4 sets 8-10reps
preacher curls 3 sets 40lbs(st bar) 8-10reps
30 min jump rope 1 min interval


10am
luna bar
2 amino acid caps
1tbs glutamine

12:30pm
4oz chicken grilled
2 cups green beans with
1/8 cup chopped almonds
2nd vitamin

3:30
myoplex low carb shake
1 tbs PB
1tbs glutamine

6:30pm
4 oz chicken
4 cups asparagus

9:30pm
2 aminos
1tbs glutamine

At first glance it looks like you may want to try getting in one more serving of protien, maybe some cottage cheese at 9:30 with your supps. It'll give your body something besides your muscles to munch on while you sleep.

Your weights look good and fairly heavy. That is your height, weight, body fat etc?

My height is 5'2" at 137 with about 19%

The weights are not my harder workouts.....don't get me wrong, I worked out hard today but not my usual kick ass routine.
As for the protein I usually have some before I go to bed. I just did not today.......Thanks!!
